The Story Behind the Image
Shot in a parking lot. A hotel parking lot to be precise. Unplanned. The dying palm frond was so striking against the lush green of its healthy neighbors it was a no-brainer to point and click. There. No dramatic story. But the image is. Recently featured as Editors Choice on 500px and bought for publication in Practical Photography Magazine (June edition? – waiting for copy of magazine as promised by Bauer Media).
